The Dallastown Borough ACT 537 Sewage Facilities Plan, which has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), provides for the extension of a public sewer system to the Colonial Heights development.
The plan calls for the installation of gravity sewers, one pump station and approximately 1680 linear feet of forcemain to a discharge point (connecting to the existing system) at S. Fern Ave.
